The first of four international tournaments on the European Aquatics calendar took place in Brno, bringing together ten junior teams from across Europe, featuring players born in 2007 and younger.

The first of four international tournaments on the European Aquatics calendar took place in Brno, bringing together ten junior teams from across Europe, featuring players born in 2007 and younger. This tournament, structured into two groups with subsequent placement matches based on group rankings, offered spectators high-quality water polo and closely contested games.

In the group stage, Moldova and Ukraine emerged as the standout teams, setting the stage for a thrilling Sunday final. The championship game kept fans on the edge of their seats until the very end. Ultimately, Ukraine clinched the title, prevailing over the favored Moldovan team in a penalty shootout after a deadlocked regular time, with a final score of 12:11p (2:2, 3:2, 2:4, 4:3 - 1:0). Slovakia claimed the bronze by defeating Lithuania 13:8 in the third-place match.

Individual honors were divided among players from Ukraine, Moldova, and Lithuania. The tournament’s top scorer was Lithuania's Lukas Andrejaitis, who netted 23 goals across five matches. Coaches selected Teodor Sutchevici of Moldova as the best goalkeeper, while the tournament’s MVP award went to Artem Zinkevych from Ukraine.
